Cheap Car DVD Players

Posted in Bargains

There's some real bargains to be had if you're looking around online for a cheap car DVD player.

Used & players at eBay

You can get everything on eBay these days and it's no surprise that there's a stack of buying choices for in-car DVD systems. Most of the players listed have very good specs lists and you'll be able to pick up new players at pretty good prices as well as used ones. Just don't get caught up in a bidding war. A lot of people on eBay end up paying more than the player would cost in the high street!

Refurbished Players - a great way to save money

Refurbished car DVD players aren't exactly used or second hand products. A lot of the time they're just items that people have opened and then returned. If you have a hunt around at Halfords online you can see a number of refurb in-car DVD systems. These are great because they're heavily discounted and they're practically new. They'll normally have a year warranty too. Unless you absolutely have to get a brand new player then this is a great way to save cash.

Compare prices at PriceRunner

There are a number of good places online where you can compare prices for in-car DVD players. One of the better ones is PriceRunner. This service lets you search for whatever you're looking to buy and hopefully spot some good deals. You can also read reviews of the retailers, although they're normally big brands like Amazon, so there's nothing to worry about there.

Polariod 7" DVD Player for under £50!

Posted in Bargains

Polariod 7

This has to be one of the better deals I've seen lately. The Polariod 7" DVD player is a portable unit that makes watching movies in on the move really easy. The screen is a 16:9 widescreen LCD that shows crisp, beautiful colours.

For a 'cheap' player, you get a lot for your money. The unit features ESP - Electric Skip Protection - which means that when you go over a speed bump, the film won't skip to the end. It's also got anti-shock built in to keep the action smooth.

You can watch your DVDs on this screen as shown in the pic, or the screen can be rotated around and laid flat (like a book) and be watched that way. Either way, the buttons are always easily accessible, just below the screen.

This in-car DVD will play just about any format of DVD, or recordable DVD, as well as CDs, Jpegs and anything else you might want it to. There's even a convenient dual headphone socket for sharing (and keeping things quite in the back while you're driving!)

This is a fantastic player and at under £50, it's a serious bargain.
